which specializes in the practice of conveyance. Our law office has closed more than 35,000
transactions in Massachusetts over the last 35 years. We currently represent more than 50
banks and mortgage companies for both commercial and residential mortgages.

Title Examination
Our services begin by performing a comprehensive title search and examination.
- Our abstractors perform a title examination to determine ownership, liens, mortgages, taxes and insurability of the title.

- When requested, the searches include zoning, environmental matters and pending legal actions effecting title.
Title Insurance
We are authorized title agents for all of the major national title insurance companies.
- Our full range of title insurance products includes lender, owner, title guarantees and other specialized products.
- We issue Title Guarantees, Owner's Fee Policies, and Alta Mortgagee Policies and Leasehold Policies.
Closings
We coordinate bank pay-offs and schedule closings that accommodate your schedule.
- Our experienced and knowledgeable escrow department is fully equipped to close your transactions.
- We perform closings six days a week (Monday – Saturday), at any hour, at your home, a real estate broker’s office, the registry of deeds, our own office, or at any location that is convenient for you.
Continued Support
Our department continues to meet your needs long after the closing on your home.
- We offer a comprehensive mortgage discharge service.
- Our controller monitors deposits and oversees the financial aspect of all transactions.
- If foreclosure or a dispute of ownership exists, we provide a preliminary report for the court showing all conditions of the title.
- After any closing we are here to answer any of your questions.
Additionally, our office is available to draft and review your Purchase and Sales Agreement, deed, condominium documents, mortgages, notes and leases.
